User Service Agreement

5.2 Subscription rights and interests are limited to the personal use of the owner of the paid account, and users are not allowed to gift, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the Subscription account and its use rights in private, so as to avoid disputes over the account. Subscription users shall bear any losses caused by violating this requirement, and have the right to cancel the Subscription qualification of the transferred account or the transferred account without notice.

The Subscription rights and interests provided by the App are for personal use only, and shall not be used for any commercial or profit-making purposes.

Otherwise, Subscription users shall be liable for compensation if losses are caused to or other third-party service

6. Intellectual property rights

9. Other Terms

9.2 No matter what reason any clause in this Agreement is partially or completely invalid or non-executable, the remaining clauses of this Agreement shall still be valid and binding.

9.3 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or implementation of this agreement, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. 9.4 The copyright of this agreement belongs to Rainbow Creator QR Scanner, and the final interpretation and modification rights of the terms and conditions of this agreement belong to Rainbow Creator QR Scanner.
